Construction Materials Testing (CMT)
Construction Materials Testing and Inspection (CMT) is a service designed to confirm contractors and suppliers are conducting work or supplying products as described in project plans and specifications.

Because of our work for many public agencies, we have a comprehensive QA/QC system. Our equipment and procedures are periodically monitored as part of these procedures. All personnel follow written guidelines for materials testing. Testing procedures and results are carefully documented and reviewed by the Project Coordinator and Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager.
Our Inspection Team also provides on-call Building Inspection Services to cover staff vacation time, peak workloads, specialized inspection activities, and others as needed. These activities may include:
- Next-day inspection
- Same-day response to uniquely important or
